Omics analysis, on demand
Per-omics pricing, fixed turnaround, reproducible pipelines. For biotechs and academic labs that need results — not a full-time hire.
OmicsDesk turns your raw sequencing or mass-spec data into a decision-ready report. You send FASTQs, raw MS files, or count matrices and a sample sheet. You get back a QC report, full statistical results, publication-ready figures, and a branded PDF summary — usually within 7–10 business days.
Every analysis is run on a versioned Snakemake pipeline with pinned conda environments. You receive the code alongside the results, so nothing is a black box.
Flat fees. No surprises. Every analysis includes QC, figures, Excel results, a PDF report, and the pipeline code.
| Omics type | Price | Up to | Turnaround |
|---|---|---|---|
| RNA-seq (bulk) | €2,500 | 24 samples | 7 business days |
| scRNA-seq | €3,500 | 16 libraries | 10 business days |
| Proteomics | €3,000 | 24 samples | 7 business days |
| Phosphoproteomics | €3,500 | 24 samples | 10 business days |
| ChIP-seq | €2,500 | 24 samples | 7 business days |
| ATAC-seq | €2,500 | 24 samples | 7 business days |
€2,000 base fee + each per-omics analysis at list price. Example: RNA-seq + Proteomics + Integration = €7,500.
Includes MOFA2 factor analysis, a patient-specific regulatory network, and cross-omics pathway convergence.
Prices in EUR. USD invoicing available on request. 15% academic discount for requests from .edu / .ac.* institutional emails (excluding rush).
You fill a short intake form (organism, sample count, contrasts, data access). NDA signed before any data is shared. Quote and proposal back within 2 business days.
Raw data is processed on a validated Snakemake pipeline. You receive a QC check-in after alignment so we can catch data-level issues early — before the clock runs out on downstream analysis.
Branded PDF report, Excel workbook with full statistical results, figures at 300 dpi, and the pipeline code. Raw data is deleted within 30 days of delivery.

A sanitized example (human melanoma RNA-seq, public GEO dataset) is available on request. We send the PDF back the same day.
OmicsDesk is run by Alessandro De Santis, a computational biologist and co-founder of SynMiR (Italian biotech developing synthetic miRNA cancer therapeutics). The target discovery pipeline at SynMiR is built on the same multi-omics integration approach offered here: transcriptomics, proteomics, phosphoproteomics, and mutation data combined into patient-specific signaling networks.
OmicsDesk exists to make that capability available to labs and biotechs without an in-house bioinformatics hire.
